Kien Giang provincial Religious Committee opens religious training course for local offcials

Kien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs held the opening ceremony on November 9 for a religious training course 2015 for heads of commune-level social-political organizations.
Attending the course’s opening ceremony included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Hoàng Oanh and about 150 participants who are leaders from the women union, veterans association and farmers association of communes, wards and towns in the locality.

This is the last course in the training program 2015 and held from November 9 – 14. The contents of the training course include the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion, the state administration on religious activities, overview of Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Pure Land Buddhists Association and Hoa Hoa Buddhism.
