The Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Representative Committee in Kien Giang province held on Nov. 8 the closing ceremony in Rach Gia city for the Church’s deacons attending a religious training in the province.
Attending the event were representatives of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, local authorities’ representatives and nearly 60 deacons of the Church in the locality.
It’s reported that the training course was held in seven days, from Nov. 2-8, 2015. During the course, participants learnt religious tenets, canons laws, liturgy and religious administration. In addition, they also studied the State’s laws and policies on religion... Fifty-four Caodai deacons of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Tien Giang province were qualified for the course certification.
