Since the Cham Kate festival recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2017, the festival this year will be upgraded up to the provincial level and will become an important destination for the cultural-spiritual tourism in the province.

For preparing the Kate Festival 2019, the authorities in Ninh Thuan province has requested the culture, sports & tourism department to closely work with the provincial religious committee, and authorities in Phan Rang city and Ninh Phuoc district for supporting the Dignitaries Council of the Cham Brahmin community in organizing the festival 2019 in Po Klong Garai and Po Rome towers, and Po Inu Nagar temple.
