Attending the ceremony were a delegation of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church led by Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, President of the Caodai Church, and about 2,000 member of the Church.

Vice Chairman of the provincial Religious Committee in Phu Yen Nguyễn Ngọc Uyên also joint Caodai followers at the event.

The Song Cau Caodai parish’s original oratory has existed before 1974 and has seriously degraded after over 40 years of existence. In late 2013, local authorities approved for the parish to reconstruct its oratory and the reconstruction of the oratory has been started in a year later.
