Bishop Vũ Tất led a Hung Hoa Diocese delegation to visit the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee on February 11 ahead of the upcoming Lunar New Year.
Vice President cum General Secretary of the VFF Central Committee Vũ Trọng Kim welcomed the delegation.
On behalf of Hung Hoa Diocese, Bishop Vũ Tất extended best wishes to VFF leaders and thanked the VFF for its attention extended to the Diocese in the previous years.
While extending Tet wishes to religious dignitaries, deacons and followers in the Diocese, Vice President Vũ Trọng Kim expressed his hope that the Catholic prelate would continue encouraging religious followers to live for “better religious and secular life” and make practical contributions to the socio-economic development in the country.
