The Congregation of Sacred Heart in Hue held on August 8 a solemn ceremony of professional vows making for clergymen in the congregation.
The event was presided over by Archbishop of Hue Archdiocese cum Chairman of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Vietnam Joseph Nguyễn Chí Linh, and attended by large numbers of priests and followers in the archdiocese.
During the ceremony, Archbishop Joseph Nguyễn Chí Linh performed rituals for 12 new votarists making their first professional vows, and nine votarists making their perpetual vows for joining and devoting themselves to the congregation.
