The event was co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Trương Hải Long and Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Ministry Nguyễn Huy Dũng, and participated by representatives of Home Affairs Ministry’s departments and home affairs departments in several Northern provinces.

The training aimed to foster knowledge about digital transformation and the digital transformation work’s orientation of the home affairs ministry in the coming time including the building of a digital database, transformed methods of personnel management in the electronic environment.

At the event

The one-day event covered key contents of the digital transformation work of the home affairs ministry and priority tasks, and roles of statistical data in the digital transformation of the ministry.

During the training forum, participants also raised practical issues and discussed on obstacles in implementing tasks of applying information technology in the state management related to infrastructure, human resources, education and training work, data digitization, digital transformation in archives, emulation and commendation, the state management on belief and religion, etc.
