During the welcoming reception, Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh had exchanges with the guests on religious affairs of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church over the past years.

Speaking with the host, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng highlighted practical contributions made by the Tay Ninh Caodai Church during the Covid-19 pandemic and expressed hope that Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh would continue encouraging the Caodai community to promote fine traditions of the Church.
