The Hoa Hao Buddhist Church’s Executive Board in Tien Giang province’s Cai Be district held on July 20 the closing ceremony for the training course on basic religious tenets 2017.
Attending the ceremony included Head of the Representative Board under the Hoa Hao Buddhism in Tien Giang province Võ Văn Thượng, and over 80 Hoa Hao Buddhists from My Duc Dong and neighboring communes.
The religious tenets training was held from July 06 to 20 and covered key contents on the Church’s Charter, operating regulation, fundamental teachings and practices. In addition, the training course also introduced basic contents of new points in the Law on Belief and Religion passed by the National Assembly in November last year.
