The Central Excutive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church held a conference on July 8th to review the first stage of 3rd training course for catechism preachers in An Giang province.
The conference saw the participation of Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church Nguyễn Tấn Đạt, Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee cum Head of the Doctrine Popularization and propagation Department of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church Nguyễn Huy Diễm and 72 students of the training course.
Representatives from local authorities attending the conference included Mr. Lê Nguyên Châu, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs Department cum Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.
According to the reviewing report, the first stage of the training course has been completed according to the outlined program with academic results of two students qualified as excellent and 24 students classified as good.
