The Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church in collaboration with Ngoc Tung Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City, Ca Mau provincial Victims of Agent Orange -Dioxin Association handed over 12 charity houses to victims of Agent Organ (AO) on May 22 in the province.
In addition, the Charity Board of Hoa Hao Buddhism also presented 12 rice cookers to the victim families and the building team handed over VND 500,000 to each family. The total value of the charity program were VND 365 million.
So far, The Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhism has presented 126 charity houses to disadvantaged people in Ca Mau province with the total value of over VND three billion.
