Attending the ceremony included Pastor First-Vice President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) Thái Phước Trường, Pastor Trương Văn Nghành, Member of the ECVN, pastors from Ho Chi Minh city Representative Committee, local authorities’ representatives and Protestant followers inside and outside the locality.

During the event, the Protestant dignitaries and followers sang hymns, listened to the preaching with the theme “deserving post”, and witnessed the proclamation of the decision to appoint Pastor Nguyễn Hồng Khanh as the Superintendent of Binh Tri Dong Protestant Church.
