Attending the event taking place inside Binh Tan Protestant Church included Pastor Member of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) Executive Committee Nguyễn Tờn, Pastor Chairman of the Protestant Representative Committee in Binh Thuan province Lê Khắc Hóa, and about 200 followers in localities.

As formally announced at the ceremony, Evangelist Nguyễn Nhất Linh was appointed as Superintendent of Binh Tan Protestant Church, Evangelist Nguyễn Tình Thương and Evangelist Thổ Hiệp were respectively promoted as heads of Phan Son congregation and Gia Huynh 1-2 congregation.
