Hanoi Institute of Bible and Theology opens new school year

On Sept. 15, Hanoi Institute of Bible and Theology under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North) organized an opening ceremony for the 2nd training course (2015-2020).

Attending the ceremony were Pastor Nguyễn Hữu Mạc from the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North), representatives of Korean and international Protestant communities in Hanoi, and students of Hanoi Institute of Bible and Theology. Deputy Chief of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs’ Office Cát Ngọc Trình, representatives of Hanoi city Committee for Religious Affairs and Home Affairs Division of Hoan Kiem district also joint the event.

It’s reported that, since its establishment two years ago, the Hanoi Institute of Bible and Theology has organized two training courses with four years of training in Bachelor of Theology. After graduation, students will be ordained as pastors, commissioned pastors, evangelists at churches in 29 provinces from Quang Binh province in the Central up to provinces in Vietnam North.
