The ceremony took place at the new residential area in Dong Yen village, Ky Loi commune, Ky Anh district and had the attendance Archbishop Leopoldo Girreli, non-resident special envoy of the Holy See to Vietnam, Bishop Nguyễn Thái Hợp of Vinh Diocese and Chairman of Ha Tinh provincial People’s Committee Võ Kim Cự. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Võ Kim Cự and Mr. Leopoldo Girreli expressed their hope that after this important event, the solidarity between Catholics and non- Catholics will be strengthened in the locality, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development in Dong Yen village.
