The Catholic bishop was welcomed by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Hồ An Phong.

During the visit, Bishop Paul Nguyễn Thái Hợp expressed his delight at socio-economic achievements in the central province of Quang Binh over the past years and stated that these socio-economic results have practically contributed to improve the material and spiritual life of people including Catholic followers in the province. He also extended a new year of further success to all officials and employees of the provincial government.

Vice Chairman Hồ An Phong thanked Bishop Paul Nguyễn Thái Hợp for his visit and Tet greetings, and took the chance to ask the bishop, priests of parishes in Quang Binh, and Ha Tinh Diocese for attentive collaborations in order to together bringing prosperity and sustainable development in Quang Binh province.
