A delegation of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) led by Director of the GCRA’s Department of Protestant Affairs Thiều Thị Hương paid on December 18 a visit to the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (North) on occasion of Christmas 2018.
The GCRA delegation was welcomed by Pastor President of the ECVN (North) Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and pastors from the ECVN Executive Committee.
During the reception, Director Thiều Thị Hương presented a Christmas bouquet and Christmas greetings sent by GCRA Chairman Vũ Chiến Thắng to Pastor President Nguyễn Hữu Mạc and believers of the evangelical church.
GCRA delegation visits Vietnam LDS Church in Hanoi
On the same day, the GCRA delegation also visited and met with the Vietnam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in Hanoi.
During the visiting reception with Chairman of the representative committee of the Vietnam LDS Church Hoàng Văn Tùng, Director Thiều Thị Hương extended a merry Christmas to dignitaries and followers of the Vietnam LDS Church as well as to followers of the LDS Church who are practicing their faith in Vietnam.
