Binh Yen Catholic village in Binh Hoa Catholic community under Trai Le parish in Ha Tinh province’s Can Loc district has the population of 400 people with 172 families.
The village has just been recognized as the new-style residential area in 2020 by local authority.
Binh Yen village has met all of ten criteria for being recognized as rural residential area including the income per capita, socio-culture development, infrastructure, security and order, etc.
For building the new-style rural residential area, many locals have voluntarily donated hundreds of square meters of land for developing local roads system and planting green trees and flowers. The village has now about 3,200 meters of roads expanded.
