First Catholic village in Ha Tinh receives certificate of recommendation for outstanding achievement in implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW

The Prime Minister has decided to award certificates of recommendation to 136 groups and 187 individuals with typical achievements in learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the 2016 – 2021 period.
Among these outstanding groups in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo was Binh Yen village in Xuan Loc commune, Ha Tinh province’s Can Loc district.
Binh Yen village has 100% people following Catholicism and belonging to Binh Hoa sub-parish.
Over the past years, local people have well observed the Party’s and State’s guidelines and policies. Binh Yen village has mobilized local people to demolish fences and donate land, trees valued at more than 3.1 billion VND, for expanding rural roads with a length of 3.1km, from 2.5m to 6m in width, making more than 4.3km of drainage, etc.
Binh Yen village was also the first village in Ha Tinh province awarded the title of new rural residential area.

Earlier, Binh Yen village has received certificates of recommendation from Can Loc district Party’s Committee and the provincial Party Committee for its outstanding achievements in the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW.
