An exhibition on cultural characteristics of ethnic groups in the Northwest region will take place on November 2-4 at Hung Vuong square in Phu Tho province’s Viet Tri city.
The exhibition, hosted by the Vietnam Museum of Ethnic Culture in collaboration with the Department of Ethnic Culture under the Culture, Sport and Tourism Ministry, is part of the 15th festival of culture, sport and tourism of ethnic groups in the Northwest region.
As planned, the 15th festival of culture, sport and tourism of ethnic groups in the Northwest region will have the participation of seven provinces of Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Son La.
During the event, many artifacts, costumes, ethnic musical instruments and typical cultural products of the Northwest ethnic groups will be introduced and displayed to locals in Phu Tho and visitors.
