The Thang Long – Hanoi Cultural Heritage Association held on October 24 a program for exchanges of the Mother Goddess worship’s Hau Dong ritual.
The event taking place at Rung temple in Hanoi’s Long Bien district drew the participation of 30 mediums, singers and artists of art troupes from Hanoi and provinces of Nam Dinh, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Gia Lai and Yen Bai.
The event aimed to preserve values of the Mother Goddess worship of Vietnamese people as well as promote exchanges of experiences between traditional mediums, singers and artists in performing the Hau Dong ritual.
