Evangelical representative committee in Dak Lak province presents support to Covid-19 prevention work

During the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic in Dak Lak province, the Representative Committee of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in the province in collaboration with local authorities has organized more than 11 transportation trips to send support packages to 30 villages quarantined in the locality.
So far, the provincial evangelical representative committee has presented over 6,110 support packages to Protestant families, each worth from 200,000 to 300,000 VND, with the total value of over 1.7 billion VND. The committee has handed over rice packs from the Health – Social Committee under the Evangelical Church (South) to Protestant households worth 300 million VND and its members who are Covid-19 patients and their directs contract, worth 400 million VND in the province.
The representative committee has also reminded its chapters and congregations to strictly implement preventive measures including the organization of online masses and 5K message observation.
In addition, Protestant doctors in the province have set up a Zalo chat group to provide consultation about Covid-19 and how to take care of Covid-19 patients.
