Missionary Nguyễn Bắc Phương was formally appointed as Superintendent of Non Nuoc Evangelical Church under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Da Nang city at a ceremony held on June 12.
The event saw the presence of Pastors Dương Quang Hòa, Nguyễn Xuân Sanh and Võ Đình Đán from the ECVN’s (South) Executive Committee; pastors from the ECVN’s Representative Committee in the city, local authorities’ representatives and about 150 Christians from Da Nang city and Quang Nam province.
During the ceremony, the representative pastor from the ECVN’s (South) executive committee performed appointment rites and initiated prayers for Missionary Nguyễn Bắc Phương.
On the same day, Thanh Xuan Evangelical Chapter under the ECVN (South) in Hau Giang province’s Chau Thanh A district officially appointed Missionary Võ Thanh Phong as its Superintendent.
During the appointment ceremony with the participation of over 300 members of the church chapter, Pastor Lê Hoàng Long from the ECVN’s (South) executive committee performed appointment rites for Missionary Võ Thanh Phong.
