The Social-Medical Committee under the Vietnam Evangelical Church (South) in collaboration with its representative committee in Ho Chi Minh city conducted a medical charity program at Thu Thiem Evangelical church on December 4.
Supporting the charity program included a doctor and five nurses from the United State and volunteers.
During the event, about 80 local people around Thu Thiem church received health check-ups as well as free medicines.
The charity program took place ahead of the two nights of Christmas carols held on December 7 - 8 at Phu Tho stadium in Ho Chi Minh city./.
