A general meeting to elect members of the Representative Committee under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) (ECVN) in Binh Duong province for the 2018-2019 tenure was held on September 16.
The event took place at Dau Tieng Protestant Church with the participation of Pastor President of the ECVN Phan Vĩnh Cự, Pastor Member of the ECVN’s Executive Committee in charge of pastoral affairs in Binh Duong province Nguyễn Tờn, Pastor Chairman of the Representative Committee Trần Văn Hiền and about 250 followers from the ECVN’s churches in the province.
The meeting elected three members to the ECVN’s Representative Committee in the province for the 2018 – 2019 tenure with Pastor Trần Văn Hiền reelected as the Committee Chairman.
The three-member Representative Committee under the ECVN (South) in Tien Giang province for the 2018 – 2019 tenure was elected on September 20 with Pastor Phạm Thanh Loan, Superintendent of My Tho Church, elected as the Committee Chairman.
