The Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (North) started a personnel training course in Dien Bien province at a ceremony held on July 19.
Attending the training included Pastor ECVN’s General Treasurer Hoàng Văn Luân, Commissioned Pastor Member of the ECVN’s Executive Committee Phạm Bá Hạnh and about 50 key Protestants from congregations in the province.
Currently, Dien Bien province has 200 Protestant Congregations with about 35,000 followers. The training course will be held from July 19-29 with the aim to equip Protestants with basic knowledge of theology and necessary skills for pastoral affairs.
