The ceremony was chaired by pastor Thái Phước Trường, Chairman of Interrogation and Ordainment of the General Confederation of Evangelical churches of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) in third region and attended by pastor Lê Hoàng Long, Chairman of ECVN (Southern)’s Clergy Council, and about 300 Protestant dignitaries, deacons and followers in provinces of Dong Thap and An Giang.

Local guests at the event included representatives of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the ceremony, Pastor Thái Phước Trường conducted ordainment rituals for the ordainment of three pastors.

Three commissioned pastors promoted as pastors included:

 - Commissioned Pastor Lê Tấn Cam, Superintendent of Nui Sap Protestant Church in An Giang province.

- Commissioned Pastor Đặng Trần Phúc, Superintendent of Hong Ngu Protestant Church in Dong Thap province.

- Commissioned Pastor Trần Văn Thới, Superintendent of An Phong Protestant Church in Dong Thap province.
