On May 27 2014, at the Guest House 71, Quyet Thang ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, the Dong Nai province Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with the local authorities held a workshop for implementing the new Constitution to 300 religious dignitaries in Dong Nai province.

At the workshop, Dr. Huỳnh Văn Tới, Member of the Executive Board of Dong Nai province Party Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Board for Communication and Education and Mr. Trần Thanh Hùng, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs talked about contents, meaning and provisions of the Constitution 2013, especially civil rights, human rights and right to freedom of belief and religion.
On this occasion, Dr. Huỳnh Văn Tới informed about the East Sea situation and State’s guidelines for solution regarding China’s illegal placement of oil rig HD981 in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.

Through the workshop, dignitaries and religious in Dong Nai province clearly grasped contents of Constitution 2013, especially civil rights, human rights and right to freedom of belief and religion and the East Sea situation.
