The delegation was headed by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Đinh Quốc Thái, joint by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Thành Trí and representatives of the provincial People’s Committee Office, the provincial Public Security Department and provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Đinh Quốc Thái highlighted positive contributions by Bishop Nguyễn Chu Trinh to the development of Xuan Loc diocese as well as socio-economic development in the locality. He also urged Bishop Dominic Nguyễn Chu Trinh to continue to encourage Catholic followers to proactively participate in movements launched in the locality for economic prospering and social order in communities.
