Dong Nai province: the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs inspects the implementation of the laws on religion in Thong Nhat district

From August 19th to August 20th, 2014, at the office of the Home Affairs Division of Thong Nhat district, the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs conducted the inspection of the implementation of the laws on religion in Thong Nhat district. The inspecting program was carried out by inspectors of the provincial Home Affairs Department.
Attending an inspection meeting were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thuộc, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs Department, supervisor of the operation of the inspection delegation; Mr. Phạm Ngọc Hà, Chief Inspector of the Home Affairs Department, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Thanh, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Home Affairs Department; Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thùy Liên, Vice Chairman of district’s People’s Committee and representatives from local authorities.
The inspection delegation focused on examining:
+ The religious situation in Thong Nhat district,
+ Work planning for grasping and disseminating Party’s guidelines and policies and the State’s laws on religious affairs in locality,
+ The inspection on the religious activities by religious organizations; the review of religious- related land and infrastructure uses.
+ Resolution of religious- related land issues and other unlawful activities in the district.
