The Department of Home Affairs in Thai Binh province held on September 26 a conference for disseminating the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 to 300 Catholic deacons in the locality.
The one-day event covered key contents of the new law on belief and religion and Decree No. 162 detailing a number of articles of the Law and prescribing measures for its implementation as well as updated information on the religious life in the country.
