A conference disseminating laws and improving knowledge about the environmental protection and climate change response for key religious in the Southeast provinces was held from December 10-11 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The two-day event covered key contents of the religious life in Vietnam, policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on religion, religious dignitaries’ role in protecting the environment and responding to climate change, provisions of Vietnamese laws on climate change response, the implementation of coordination programs for 2022-2026 period between state authorities and religious organizations on environmental protection and climate change response, etc.
