Attending the congress included dignitaries from the Church’s High Council and Executive Committee and about 300 delegates representing 203 parishes of the Church in 26 provinces and cities.

Distinguished guests at the event included Director of Caodai Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Đắc Tuấn and representatives of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The congress reviewed the Church’s affairs during the 2012-2017 term and approved working plans for the next tenure. As reviewed at the event, in addition to good results recorded in religious affairs for the previous term, dignitaries and followers of the Correction-Path Caodai Church have contributed over VND 25 billion to social, charitable activities in localities over the past five years.
