Present at the ceremony included dignitaries from the Caodai Church’s High Council, Central Executive Committee, and Representative Committees in provinces and cities.

Guests at the event were representatives of other Caodai sects in Ben Tre Province, Deputy Director of the Caodai Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Phong Thịnh, and local authorities’ representatives.

The birthday anniversary of Pope Nguyễn Ngọc Tương has been annually held by the Correction-path Caodai Church for honoring merits and contributions of the church’s founder, and reminding members of the church to follow his examples and fine traditions of the Caodai sect in religious practices, guiding people to better lead their life and further developing the Cao church.

As reported at the event, the Correction-path Caodai sect annually contributes tens of billions VND in supporting the disadvantaged in communities, and most of the Caodai church’s oratories have been operating a facility using traditional approaches and medicines for providing free health checks and treatments to locals.
