Coordination program on mobilization work amongst ethnic, religious women in Central Highlands provinces 2015 reviewed

On December 3, the Central Vietnamese Women Union (VWU) in collaboration with the Central Highlands Steering Committee held a conference to review the coordination program on mobilizing work amongst ethnic-religious women 2015.

Attending the event included Vice Chairman of the Central VWU Bùi Thị Hòa, Vice Chairman of the Central Highlands Steering Committee H’Ngăm Niê K’dăm, leaders of the Women Union from five Central Highlands provinces, and representatives from Đắk Nông provincial authorities.

According to a conference report, the coordination program on mobilizing work amongst ethnic and religious women 2015 has achieved many good results through practical movements encouraging actively learning, creative working, building new-style rural areas… In 2015, the Women Association in provinces of Central Highlands helped building 120 charitable houses and repairing 37 houses for women of ethnic groups with total cost of nearly VND3.9 billion…

During the event, the participants also discussed and approved the coordination program for 2016.
