Dien Khanh Protestant chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) in Khanh Hoa province’s Dien Khanh district solemnly held the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of its church on January 22.
The event saw the attendance of Pastor Member of the ECVN (South)’s Executive Committee Phạm Sính, pastors from the provincial Protestant Representative Committee and about 220 followers in the locality.
Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Hữu Dinh was amongst local authorities’ representatives at the ceremony.
The new church will be built on an area of 850m2 with three stories including worshipping and support facilities, at an estimated cost of five billion VND.
