Construction of new Protestant church kicked off in Da Nang

Cam Ne Protestant Church under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Da Nang city’s Hoa Vang district solemnly held on March 6 the ground-breaking ceremony for construction of its church.

Attending the ceremony included Pastor Member of the ECVN (South)’s Executive Committee Võ Đình Đán and large numbers of dignitaries, deacons and followers in the city. Representatives of local authorities also joint the ceremony with the Protestants.

Cam Ne Protestant Church was established in 2005 and worshipped in a bamboo chapel. For meeting current needs of religious practices, the new church will be built at an estimated cost of VND 1,5 billion.
