Attending the ceremony were large numbers of dignitaries and followers of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and representatives of the State and local authorities.

Trieu Son Pagoda was built in 1748 and seriously degraded after hundreds of years of existence, through upgraded many times. To meet current religious needs, the provincial government has approved for the VBS’s Chapter in Ha Tinh province to rebuild the worshipping and supporting facilities, with the total construction cost of VND 75 billion.
