The annual Kate festival of Cham people serves to express respect to ancestors, pray for good weather, successful crops and growth of life. The festival has been revived with full rituals and values ​​ of the traditional culture.

The Kate festival celebration at the Po Sha Inu tower contained a wide range of activities including performance of rituals and peace prayers at the main tower by Brahmin dignitaries, Linga - Yoni bathing ceremony, cultural activities and traditional games competition, traditional crafts making contests, performances of traditional instruments and folk dances…

During this year’s Kate festival, local authorities visited and presented gifts to local Cham residents.
