According to Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trương Bá Trạng, the large-scale and biennially- organized festival aimed to promote cultural exchanges amongst Cham communities and preserve the cultural identity of Cham people.

As reported, this year event gathered nine Cham groups from communes in districts of Chau Phu, An Phu, Chau Thanh and Tan Chau in the province for Cham folk art performances, costume shows, traditional customs of Cham people, food introduction, economic, social and cultural exhibitions and sport competitions.
