The Cham Brahman community in Ninh Thuan province’s Ninh Phuoc district held on February 3 a ceremony for ordaining a new deputy head of the community’s dignitary council.
The event featuring Brahman traditional rituals was presided by Chief of the Cham Brahman community’s dignitary council Hán Đô and attended by representatives of provincial authorities and a large number of Cham Brahman followers.
During the event, Chief of the council Hán Đô handed over the ordainment decision to Rev. Hán Văn Hàm as new Deputy Chief of the Brahman community in the province.
