Central mass mobilization commission official extends Tet greetings to Thien An monastery

Vice Chairman of the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization Đỗ Văn Phới paid a visit on January 16 to Thien An monastery located in Hue City, ahead of Lunar New Year (Tet) 2022.

At the visiting reception

The mass mobilization commission official accompanied by Chairman of Thua Thien - Hue provincial mass mobilization commission Nguyễn Chí Tài and Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Văn Lập, was welcomed by Priest Louis Gonzaga Đặng Hùng Tân, Deputy Head of the monastery.

During the visit, Vice Chairman Đỗ Văn Phới congratulated Priest Louis Gonzaga Đặng Hùng Tân on his new position as Deputy Head of the monastery, and extended greetings to leaders and members of the monastery ahead of Tet Holiday.

Speaking with the guests, while appreciating the visiting delegation, Priest Louis Gonzaga Đặng Hùng Tân expressed hope that authorities at all levels would continue creating favorable conditions for the monastery’s social and religious affairs in the coming time.
