A group of local Catholic women set up in Trang Son village, Khanh Vinh Yen commune, Ha Tinh province’s Can Loc district for boosting a better secular and religious life formally made its debut at a ceremony held on July 8.
The event saw the presence of Deputy Head of the Vietnam Women Union’s chapter in Ha Tinh province Nguyễn Thị Quyên and representatives of local authorities.
The 25-members Catholic women group adopted the working motto as “Better secular and religious life”. The club will encourage members to well observe state laws and achieve targets for boosting socio-economic development, ensuring public security and order, environment protection and the population’s polices.
