The 7th general meeting of the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics (CSVC) in Ha Tinh province was successfully convened on September 19.
The event saw the presence of Priest Vice President of the CSVC Joseph Phan Khắc Từ, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Đặng Quốc Vinh and 135 Catholic delegates in the province.

New CSVC in the province for 2018-2023 tenure makes its debut
The meeting discussed the Catholic solidarity committee’s activities and results of implementing social movements in the locality during the 2013-2018 tenure.
The event also elected 46 members to the CSCV in the province for the 2018 – 2023 tenure with Priest Antony Đậu Quang Hải re-elected as the new-term committee chairman as well as selected six delegates to attend the upcoming national congress of the CSVC.
