Caritas Hai Phong held on May 25 a charity program to present health insurance cards to pupils with disabilities from charity class run by Hai Phong diocese’s cathedral parish on occasion of International Children's Day.
Earlier, in addition to health insurance, the children were provided with free medical examination, health monitoring and medicines on occasion of the opening of the Marian Clinic in the diocese’s cathedral. The full cost of the charity program was covered by Caritas Hai Phong.
The charity class has been in operation for over 10 years for supporting children who faced with special difficulties including the children from fishing villages who have less chance of going to school than those grow up on land.
