Attending the ceremony were Principal Archbishop of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church Ngọc Thưởng Thanh, and large numbers of dignitaries, deacons and followers of the Caodai sect in Khanh Hoa province.

Guests at the event included Vice President of the municipal People’s Committee Lê Đức Hải and Vice Chairman of the Religious Board in Nha Trang city Nguyễn Bích Phương.

The parish’s original oratory was built in 1953 and it has seriously deteriorated after over 60 years of existence. Local authorities approved for the parish to reconstruct its oratory in January 2019.
