A solemn ceremony for installing the worshipping symbol of Divine Eye in Tan Phu Oratory under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Tien Giang province’s Tan Phu Dong district was held on December 7.
Attending the event included Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Committee Thượng Tám Thanh, members of the Church’s Executive Committee and a large number of Caodai followers from localities.
Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and local authorities’ representatives also joint the ceremony.
While presenting congratulatory flowers, Chairman Trần Văn Khuê took the chance to praise the parish’s Management Board for its contributions in encouraging Caodai followers to proactively engage in local movements.
As reported at the event, in 2008, local authorities approved for the Caodai Church to establish the inter-commune parish covering three communes of Tan Thoi, Tan Phu, Tan Thanh of Tan Phu district, as well as build its Tan Phu Oratory worshipping establishment named.
