Attending at the event included Pastor Deputy Head of the Vietnam Evangelical Church Nguyễn Hữu Bình, Pastor General Secretary of the Church Phan Quang Thiệu, pastors from the Church’s central Executive Committee and Representative Committee in Binh Duong province and Ho Chi Minh city, representatives of local authorities in Binh Duong, and about 350 Protestant followers.

During the ceremony, Pastor Nguyễn Tờn, commissioner of the Evangelical Church in charge of pastoral affairs in Dong Nai province presented the appointment and official seal to the new superintentdant of Binh Duong evangelical chapter.

The executive board of Binh Duong Evangelical chapter also paid tribute to Pastor Trần Văn Hiền who has served as Head of the church for the past eight years.
