The provincial Representative Committee of the Caodai Correct Path Church held a conference to review religious affairs in the first 6 months of the 90th religious year at Ben Tre Holy See in Ben Tre city on May 13.
Attending the conference were Chairman of the Church’s Standing Committee, Principal Archbishop Thượng Tấn Thanh; Vice Chairman of the Church’s Standing Committee, Principal Archbishop Ngọc Phụ Thanh; Vice Chairman of the Representative Committee, Priest Thượng Mạnh Thanh; members of the Representative Committee, and 109 delegates representing the Management Board of 45 parishes in the locality.
Local guests at the conference included representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local authorities.
According to a conference report, results of Church’s religious affairs in the first six-month of the 90th religious year included the inauguration of three oratories and medical charities for the poor and Agent Orange victims…
