A delegation of the Baha’i community in Da Nang city led by Chairman of the Spiritual Council of the Vietnam Baha'i Community Nguyễn Thức visited the municipal Committee for Religious Affairs on September 20.
The delegation visit took place on occasion of the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Bahá'u'lláh - the founder of the Baha'i Faith and was welcomed by Vice Chairman of the city’s Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Cao Cường.
During the visiting reception, Mr. Nguyễn Thức expressed his thanks to the city’s religious committee for its supports and favorable conditions extended to the Baha’i community over the past years, and shared with the host activities of the Baha’i community in the city.
While extending best wishes to Baha’i dignitaries and followers on occasion of the anniversary of the faith founder, Mr. Nguyễn Cao Cường encouraged local Baha'i Community to continue making practical contributions to socio-economic development in the city.
